Unless otherwise noted most items are made to order. Please refer to turnaround noted when item/ collection launches. Additional delays may incur due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak seasons. To ensure items arrive in time for trips please ensure you communicate with shop within 24 hours of placing order. Short notice/ rush order requests will not be accommodated after this
Expedited shipping is only in reference to shipping and not production times.

Orders placed from the same drop in most cases will ship out together. On rare occasions orders don’t align with a customers profile and although shop does make every effort to combine orders sometimes this is not caught. Please contact shop with any questions regarding this.
Lost or Stolen Packages
As of 7.22.22- due to the amount of packages going missing shop will no longer replace missing, stolen or damaged packages. All items are shipped with insurance. In the instance an issue occurs with your package please contact usps at usps.com to file a claim and request further assistance. You may reach out to shop for any necessary information to support your claim.
What’s the difference in standard and large straw toppers?
standard size for straws will fit the standard 9 mm size straw aka most fast food and Starbucks sized straws.
large size is in reference to larger size of 11 mm which is typically the size of a Stanley sized straw.
In an instance where no size is listed the size automatically defaults to standard.
why can’t I find older designs?
once a collection has been completed in terms of production it is removed from the site. Since new designs are added weekly most items are not restocked.
shop operates with a magic only policy. This means professional courtesy to owner and affiliates must be maintained at all times. Unprofessional or disrespectful communication will result in orders being cancelled and refunded. In most instances this will result in all future forms of communication being blocked.
