Important Info
As of 2023 everything is made to order. Due to an excess of extra inventory from previous years it no longer made sense to have items ready to ship thus the change. Prior to each release an announcement will be made and saved under the “updates” highlight on social media. This can be used to gage when a collection will be completed.
Due to the nature of everything being made to order no requests will be made for “rush orders.” Expedited shipping is only in reference to shipping and not production times.
Orders placed from the same drop in most cases will ship out together. On rare occasions orders don’t align with a customers profile and although shop does make every effort to combine orders sometimes this is not caught. Please contact shop with any questions regarding this.
All sales are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages
As of 7.22.22- due to the amount of packages going missing shop will no longer replace lost or stolen items purchased without shipping insurance. However, customer can opt for shipping with insurance at checkout. In an instance package goes missing please notify shop within 24 hours of estimated delivery and contact the usps for a claim number. Customer will have the option to partner with usps for resolution or shop. Shop will be contacting usps to ensure validity of claim. For assistance please do not hesitate to reach out to shop.
What’s the difference in standard and large straw toppers?
standard size for straws will fit the standard 9 mm size straw aka most fast food and Starbucks sized straws.
large size is in reference to larger size of 11 mm which is typically the size of a Stanley sized straw.
In an instance where no size is listed the size automatically defaults to standard.
why can’t I find older designs?
once a collection has been completed in terms of production it is removed from the site. Since new designs are added weekly most items are not restocked.
